For creative color operations, it is usually better to use other modules such as color calibration or color balance rgb. White balance is not intended as a “creative” module – its primary goal is to technically correct the white balance of the image ensuring that neutral colored objects in the scene are rendered with neutral colors in the image. The default settings for this module are derived from the camera white balance stored in the image’s Exif data. If your camera did not ship with a config file or you are using a new SD card, follow these steps to get your Infragram Point & Shoot to take properly white-balanced images, necessary for post processing at. If you're going to do it yourself manually, read on! Manually setting the config file is not hard, but there are now also programs to guide you through the process automatically, (thanks to and for finding these!) This means the camera probably has not accepted your config file, possibly due to misformatting or incorrect uploading.
